Please see attached map for directions. Proceed to the ONLY pavilion in park. Entrance to  the park is from  Ashford Point Dr.

Time: 1:00 – 2:00 pm Members and guests arrive

Time: 2:00 – 3:00 pm Lunch time –

 

Please bring your own food, drinks and utensils. There are BBQ stalls at park but you need to supply the coals.

We will start lunch at 2:00 pm sharp. Please be on time so that you can taste other people’s food and they can taste yours.

Alcoholic drinks are NOT allowed

Time: 3:00 – 6:00 pmGames and activities

 

Time: 6:00 – 6:30 pm

Clean up of pavilion. We must leave the pavilion in clean shape as we get it. This means everyone is responsible to clean up after their party.
